Smart KhataKart is a digital khata / BNPL platform operated by North Bengal Medicare LLP.

2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ years, Indian resident, with valid mobile, Aadhaar and KYC documents. Merchants must have valid shop registration and bank account.
3. Credit Facility
Smart KhataKart provides a digital credit limit for shopping at partner merchants. Credit limit, fees and terms are determined by the company and may change with notice. Late payment attracts late fees as per active settings.
4. Membership
Annual membership is required for continued service. Fee and duration are set by Super Admin and displayed in app/settings. Expired membership must be renewed to continue shopping.
5. User Responsibilities
Keep login credentials confidential. Do not share OTP with anyone except verified merchant transactions you initiated. Provide accurate KYC information. Pay dues on time.
6. Merchant Partners
Merchants must enter correct bill amounts. Commission and settlement terms apply as per merchant agreement. Fraudulent billing leads to termination and legal action.
7. Agents
Sales agents earn commission as per rates set by company. Agents must follow KYC and referral guidelines. Misrepresentation is grounds for termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
North Bengal Medicare LLP is not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months except where law requires otherwise.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by laws of India. Disputes subject to courts in West Bengal, India.
